Chiropractic Care

I believe in a whole-body approach to care that puts your health and comfort first. Chiropractic is at the core of what I do, and it gives me a unique way to support your natural ability to heal. My focus is on understanding what’s causing your pain, limited mobility or limited function, then using precise, gentle techniques to restore movement and function. Through thorough assessments and a variety of gentle and safe hands-on and instrument-supported techniques, I work with you to develop a plan that’s tailored specifically to your needs. Patient comfort and patient education are my top priorities and it is essential that you know what I do and why I do it. I believe patients should always walk out my door feeling better than when they walk in and I strive to create a welcoming environment where you can ask questions and understand what’s happening each step of the way. I love what I do and I am passionate about helping my patients live with less pain. When you come to see me, you’ll notice that my care goes beyond just treating symptoms. I am here to support your whole well-being.

Symptoms That Benefit from Chiropractic Adjustments

Service symptoms imageMany people experience a wide range of symptoms that may benefit from chiropractic adjustments. We often see patients who struggle with persistent back pain, neck pain from hours at the computer, and headaches that just won’t go away. It’s not uncommon for tight muscles and joint restriction to interfere with your sleep, mood, or ability to participate in sports and hobbies that you love. People sometimes notice pain traveling from the neck down the arm, numbness in the fingers, or soreness after a minor accident or fall—these are signs your body may need help restoring proper function.

In addition to typical aches and pains, we help office workers with posture issues, parents dealing with the stress of everyday life, and athletes recovering from overuse or injuries. Whether it’s tension headaches, stiffness after sleeping in an awkward position, or discomfort that just lingers no matter what you try, chiropractic care supports your body’s ability to recover and help reduce the frequency, intensity, or duration of your symptoms. If everyday discomfort is holding you back, you NEED to be here..I can help.

What to Expect During Your Chiropractic Adjustment

Your first visit begins with a thorough conversation about your symptoms, lifestyle, and health goals. I’ll review your history, ask about daily habits, past injuries, and anything else that could be contributing to your discomfort. If needed, I will perform targeted exams of your posture, range of motion, and reflexes to pinpoint what’s happening in your body. I value your input and take time to answer questions, so you feel comfortable and confident before moving forward with any treatment. During the adjustment, I use gentle and precise movements to target the restricted joints. For some patients, I apply manual techniques, while for others, I might utilize Arthrostim, a gentle adjusting instrument or an Activator instrument for a more delicate touch. Adjustments are safe and I feel strongly that they should never hurt. Each session is tailored to your comfort level and physical needs. You might hear a small “pop” as pressure is relieved from the joint, but this is normal and painless. Most visits last about 20-30 minutes, and before you leave, we’ll discuss recommendations for activity, stretching and home care. You can expect to feel supported throughout the process, and I will keep track of your progress at each visit.

Benefits of Chiropractic Adjustments

People who receive spinal manipulation and hands-on care report significant reduction in pain, improved joint mobility, and improved tolerance to their everyday activities. Many patients experience greater ease in everyday movements—like bending, walking, or turning their head—after just a few sessions. Patients with chronic muscle tension or headaches notice fewer episodes, and those who spend long hours at a desk often find their posture and stamina improve with regular care. Because we focus on identifying the cause of your symptoms, many people find long-term benefits that extend beyond immediate relief. By supporting proper movement and function, our care may also help prevent future injuries and support your body’s natural resilience.
